A logo is meant to be a graphic embodiment of your values and qualities. In every great logo strong composition, symbolism and scalability are what separate the best from the rest.
Four and a half years ago, we began our journey in learning how to work together as two completely separate individuals. In that time we have found our flow and identity as a duo and given ourselves fully to the partnership. Most recently however, we have been rediscovering our individuality within that joint entity. The longer we do this, the more realize it is a constant cycle of building together and growing separately.
We are comparable and opposite in many ways. From age and upbringing to shooting style and everything else in between. Our greatest strength lies in our ability to adapt. We shift to lean on the partner whose skills and approach are best suited for the individual job or project we are given.
We wanted a logo that represents us both as two unique but equal individuals united in a joint partnership. Why not create a logo capable of adapting with us as we bounce back and forth working through different creative spaces.
So without further ado, we present our new logo. You may see it in a few different variations and shapes depending on the background colour and who might be heading up the project. If it's led by Charles, you'll see the Z emphasized with the surrounding box. If it's led by Zenna, you'll see the W emphasized with the surrounding box. The same but different. We hope you enjoy the logo and we look forward to working with you in the future.
